Harbor Commission
This commission is tasked with administering, maintaining and operating the harbor/marina facilities on both sides of the Clinton River between the Crocker and Dickinson Street bridges and the facilities on the north side of the river from Dickerson Street to Jones Street, but specifically excluding the gazebo.
