Civil Service Commission
The civil service commission in each city, within the terms of Public Act 78, shall prescribe, amend and enforce rules and regulations for carrying into effect the provisions of the act. Including, but not limited to, establishing rules and qualifications for hiring/promoting of police officers and firefighters.
