The City of Mount Clemens is seeking local families, service clubs, schools, scout troops and businesses who are interested in decorating a Christmas tree for the City’s Ninth Annual Tinsel Tour. The decorated trees will light up Cherry Street Mall from Sunday, December 6th through Saturday, January 2nd. Trees may be decorated in any theme that helps make the City sparkle!

The cost to sponsor a tree is $100.00. This includes the tree, signage, a strand of 200 solar lights, city fees and proper disposal of tree. Registration forms and rules are available online at mountclemens.gov and in the city manager’s office at City Hall.
Twenty trees will be distributed this year on a first-come, first served basis.
