The City of Mount Clemens Sidewalk Repair Program was established in 2017 by the City Commission. This program was developed to repair hazardous sidewalk within the public right of way throughout the City. The City was divided into ten districts, along with a Downtown District to equally divide sidewalk lengths, considering major roads, construction mobilization and geographic limitations. Sidewalk replacement began in District 1 during the 2017 construction season and will continue through the Districts in numerical order.
